Language and Communication

In order to be above others, obtaining a bachelor in any field is the minimum requirement. Other than that, we have to be outstanding and unique.

Language plays an important role in our career. Strong language definitely helps us to add advantage in our conversation.
However, language itself shares 1/2 of the importance where the other 1/2 goes to interaction skills. A person with strong language does not necessarily mean that he can communicate effectively. Effective communication requires the communicator to understand how the other person communicate and ultimately adapting to the person's communication level. For example, I have seen people who possess strong command of English where they have the tendency to be egoistic. This is the main cause of communication breakdown. So, be humble and try to deliver messages and our speeches as simple as possible. Remember, this is not English writing contest or any competition where we really have to show off everything we have; be humble.
Ideally, knowing as much languages and dialects can help us to improve our communication skills; excluding the degree of ego we have.

As my English is not really that great, I wouldn't comment much anymore but I believe, effective communication requires great patience and humbleness. It is just like a case study we have to solve. In order to solve a case study, we need to understand well the case study and be analytical. And most importantly, be honest.
